Dhunseri Investments' board approved annual consolidated financial results: net profit ₹46.57 Cr & EPS ₹29.49 for FY26. A ₹3.00/share dividend was declared (subject to shareholder nod). Mrs. Aruna Dhanuka was re-appointed MD & CEO; Ms. Rusha Mitra joined as Independent Director.
