    Sky Gold's board approved Q4 consolidated revenue of ₹1,911.51 Cr and net profit of ₹90.72 Cr. Full-year consolidated net profit reached ₹281.83 Cr. The board also endorsed the re-appointment of its Internal Auditor and commenced a postal ballot for new Statutory Auditors.
