JASH Engineering reported mixed FY26 results: revenue rose 1% YoY to Rs. 757 Cr, but profit after tax (PAT) dipped 13% to Rs. 75.5 Cr. This was mainly due to US tariff impacts and Middle East war disruptions affecting its US subsidiary's income, despite strong 18% domestic growth. Q4FY26 showed a robust turnaround with PAT surging 58% to Rs. 57 Cr, driven by improved gross margins.

Strategically, the company is expanding through capacity and acquisitions, notably acquiring Penstocks (UK) Limited to strengthen its UK presence. New product developments like advanced stainless-steel gates and significant project wins globally highlight its execution capabilities.

Management is optimistic for FY27, projecting Rs. 875 Cr in total income with 12-13% profit margins. This outlook is supported by a stable US tariff situation, potential easing of geopolitical tensions, a robust Rs. 899 Cr order book, and contributions from recent acquisitions.
