Kaveri Seed Company Limited — PPTs, 27-05-2026: Investor Presentation
Kaveri Seed (KSCL) wrapped up FY26 strong, reporting a 16.25% revenue increase to 1,303.77 Cr. The non-cotton segment was a star performer, growing 23.17% to 1,060.18 Cr, fueled by a remarkable 40.17% surge in Maize revenue and 18.37% in Hybrid Rice. However, Cotton revenue saw a 6.6% dip to 243.59 Cr, mainly due to illegal seed availability and higher production costs impacting profitability. Q4 FY26 revenue climbed 6.8% to 82.21 Cr, with Maize up 15.8% and exports soaring 76%.
A core growth driver is the significant contribution from new cotton products, which jumped from 10.3% to 30.05% of sales. The company also saw exports grow by an impressive 90% in FY26.
For Q1 FY27, Kaveri Seed anticipates strong growth in cotton sales, boosted by new hybrid products across India. They expect continued robust performance from rainy millet, hybrid rice in key markets, and the export business, alongside a positive outlook for vegetable seeds.
