Three entities, Stellant Securities, Johnsom & Andrew Properties, and Thomson & Wyman Enterprises, have acquired 2 crore fully convertible warrants of Akme Fintrade (India) Limited through a preferential allotment. Valued at INR 14 crore, these warrants, upon full conversion, will become 2 crore equity shares, increasing their stake in the company.
