CHL Limited reported its audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. Standalone total income was 10,941.81 Cr, with a net profit of 1,615.73 Cr and EPS of Rs. 2.95. Consolidated total income reached 16,515.13 Cr, and net profit was 42.02 Cr, with EPS of Rs. 0.06. Separately, the company announced a special one-year window from February 5, 2026, for shareholders to transfer and dematerialize physical shares acquired before April 1, 2019, if prior attempts failed.
