Sanstar's board greenlit a ₹198.27 Cr fundraise from Ingredion subsidiary, Corn Products Development Inc., for a 9% equity stake. They also approved a new JV with Ingredion India to make specialty ingredients, investing ₹0.15 Cr for 30%. Shareholder nod is sought via EGM on June 20.
