MKVentures Capital's Board has approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company appointed M/s. Mahesh Chandra & Associates as Internal Auditors and approved Mr. Ajay Shah as an Additional Director, who will also serve as Managing Director & CEO, pending member approval. Mr. Madhusudan Kela was re-designated to Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. The Board declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.25 per equity share, with June 05 as the record date. A postal ballot notice was approved, with May 29 as the cut-off date for voting eligibility.
