Menon Pistons Ltd — Important, 28-05-2026: Company Update

Menon Pistons' board has approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company declared a final dividend of Re.1/- per equity share (100%) for the financial year, totaling 5.10 Cr, pending shareholder approval. For the year, standalone profit stood at 17.64 Cr and consolidated profit at 25.58 Cr. Additionally, Mr. Abhay Golwalkar and M/s. C S Adawadkar & Co. were appointed as Internal and Cost Auditors respectively for FY 2026-27. The 49th Annual General Meeting was also scheduled.
