ARIHANTACA's board approved FY26 consolidated financial results: Revenue at ₹63.43 Cr, PAT at ₹9.11 Cr, EPS ₹15.04. A final dividend of ₹2 per share was proposed. The company also appointed M/s. Bilimoria Mehta & Co. as Internal Auditor and increased its stake in Zen Education & Learning to 51%, making it a subsidiary.
