Taj GVK reported strong FY26 financials with standalone PAT at 116.97 Cr. Consolidated PAT jumped to 388.41 Cr due to a 282.64 Cr revaluation gain from a 2.01% stake increase in Taj Santacruz. A 100% dividend is proposed. Its new 256-key Taj Yelahanka hotel nears opening.
