    APAR Industries' Board approved strong FY26 consolidated results: Revenue at Rs 22,902 Cr (+23.3% YoY), PAT at Rs 977 Cr (+19% YoY). A final dividend of Rs 60/share was proposed. The board also approved investment in its Brazil unit & ESAR share allotment.
