APAR Industries delivered strong Q4 FY26 results with consolidated revenue up 26.7% YoY to ₹6,603 Cr, hitting an all-time high for FY26 at ₹22,902 Cr (up 23.3%). Domestic business was a key driver, growing 33.6% in Q4 and 28.8% for the full year. The Conductor division saw revenue jump 29.9% in Q4 and 32.7% in FY26, driven by volumes and premium product mix. Cables also surged, up 35.0% in Q4 and 25.8% in FY26. Specialty Oils grew 4.8% in Q4.
Growth was fueled by sustained domestic demand and significant scaling up of the US business, alongside higher realizations across segments. The Conductor division benefited from an improved premium product mix (49.3% in Q4). New order inflows for Conductors reached ₹11,450 Cr in FY26 (up 24.2%).
Consolidated EBITDA grew 19.3% YoY in Q4 to ₹584 Cr and 23.0% to ₹2,067 Cr for FY26. PAT for Q4 was ₹254 Cr (+1.4% YoY), though one-off expenses impacted it; excluding these, Q4 PAT would have grown 14% YoY. FY26 PAT rose 19.0% to ₹977 Cr. Robust order books for Conductors (₹7,671 Cr) and Cables (₹1,800 Cr) point to continued demand visibility and future growth.
