However, the company faced penalties from BSE for certain non-compliances. These included a fine of ₹2.15 lakh for not timely constituting its Risk Management Committee and ₹6.44 lakh for submitting financial results late across three quarters, attributed to complex consolidation with the Ebix Inc. group.
