Swelect Energy Systems Limited — JV/Acquisition, 28-05-2026: Acquisition

SWELECT ENERGY SYSTEMS is acquiring 100% equity in USOLAR ASSETCO FOUR (USolar Four) for up to Rs. 3.30 crore. This Karnataka-based solar power generation company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary. The strategic move aims to expand SWELECT's renewable energy footprint by developing a new 26.6 MWp DC solar power plant under a group captive scheme. While a small acquisition (0.5% of prior year's revenue), it is expected to boost consolidated turnover and enhance SWELECT's clean energy portfolio.
