The company's board has approved several key appointments and re-appointments. M/s RB Verma & Associates were appointed as internal auditors for the upcoming financial year. Mr. Pramod Agarwal joins as the new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel. Mr. Kishan Kumar Khaitan was re-appointed Chairman for five years, with his remuneration also approved. Dr. Mahendra Khaitan transitions from Managing Director to Vice Chairman, also re-appointed for five years. Mr. Devesh Khaitan moves from Joint Managing Director to Managing Director for a five-year term. All these executive re-appointments require shareholder approval.
