Ashika Credit Capital Ltd — Important, 28-05-2026: Company Update

Ashika Credit Capital's Merger & Acquisition Committee has approved the allotment of 4,03,52,586 new equity shares (face value INR 10 each) to eligible shareholders of Ashika Global Securities as part of a Composite Scheme of Amalgamation. Concurrently, 1,13,51,990 existing shares held by Ashika Global Securities and Ashika Commodities were cancelled. This significant restructuring increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs. 44.72 Cr to Rs. 73.73 Cr. Following these changes, the promoter and promoter group now hold 74.52% of the company's equity. The new shares will be listed on BSE.
