Orient Press Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Orient Press has announced a board meeting. It approved standalone financial results for the quarter and year, reporting ₹0.03 Cr profit and a ₹1.57 Cr loss respectively. The company also re-appointed internal auditors and will partially relocate its flexible packaging factory to Greater Noida from July 2026 for enhanced efficiency.
