    Finolex Cables' Board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results. The Board proposed a Rs 9/share dividend (450%) for FY26, pending shareholder nod. Mahesh Viswanathan is now CEO, and Sachin Naik is the new CFO, effective June 1, 2026.
