    Crimson Metal reported Q4 FY26 loss of 0.59 Cr on 1.28 Cr revenue. For FY26, profit was 0.59 Cr on 4.54 Cr revenue. Mr. Chandrakesh Pal resigned as CFO/WTD; Mr. Sanjay Kumar Sharma is the new CFO. Ms. S Sivagami was appointed Internal Auditor.
