The Board has approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. For the financial year, consolidated revenue stood at ₹923.08 Cr, with consolidated profit attributable to owners reaching ₹310.47 Cr. The Board proposed a final dividend of ₹0.2 per share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval. Further, the company fully utilized ₹1,030 Cr from its Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) issued in January, confirming no deviation in their use. The re-appointment of internal auditors for the financial year 2026-27 was also approved.
