Crimson Metal Engineering's board has approved its audited financial results. For the quarter, revenue was ₹25.28 Cr and net profit ₹2.21 Cr. For the financial year, revenue reached ₹129.46 Cr with a net profit of ₹4.54 Cr. The company also noted the resignation of Mr. Chandrakesh Pal as CFO and Whole Time Director for personal reasons. Acting on a proposal from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Sharma, with 27 years of finance and operational expertise, was appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer. Separately, Ms. S. Sivagami, an experienced B.Com graduate, was appointed as Internal Auditor following an Audit Committee proposal.
