    V2 Retail announced strong FY26 consolidated results: Revenue at ₹3067 Cr & Net Profit at ₹162 Cr. Q4 saw ₹797 Cr revenue & ₹17.5 Cr profit. The board also approved a 1:10 stock split and a ₹400 Cr QIP for future growth.
