Bharat Wire Ropes saw FY26 revenue decline 4.7% YoY to INR 590.5 Cr, with Q4FY26 revenue down 17.6% to INR 141.5 Cr, largely due to Middle East war-related supply chain disruptions. Despite this, full-year PAT grew marginally by 0.1% to INR 72.5 Cr, driven by a focus on value-added products and domestic market expansion. Exports contribute significantly (67%) to its sales.

The company's strategy involves focusing on value-added products, expanding geographical reach, optimizing costs, and debottlenecking capacities. Recent developments include successful debt restructuring and the commencement of disbursements from an industrial promotion subsidy. Total debt was significantly reduced to INR 74.3 Cr in FY26 from INR 131.1 Cr in FY25. FY26 EPS stood at INR 7.66. Management highlighted challenges from geopolitical events impacting supply chains but emphasized strategic focus on domestic markets and value-added offerings to sustain profitability.
