Photoquip India Ltd — Important, 28-05-2026: Company Update

The company's Board of Directors met and made several key decisions. They approved the notice for the 34th Annual General Meeting, along with the Director's Report and Secretarial Audit Report for FY 2025-26. The Board also put forward the re-appointment of a retiring Director and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Dhaval J. Soni as Whole-Time Director, both subject to shareholder approval. New appointments include Mr. Umang Pradip Gala as an Additional Independent Director and regularization of Chaitali Oza. M/s. HRU & Associates resigned as Secretarial Auditors, and M/s. Jay Bhatt & Associates were appointed for five years. Board Committees will be reconstituted.
