Photoquip India Ltd — Important, 28-05-2026: Company Update

The company's board approved key items including the notice for its 34th Annual General Meeting. Significant board composition changes were decided: Mr. Dhaval J. Soni's re-appointment as Whole-Time Director and Mr. Umang Pradip Gala's appointment as an Additional Independent Director were approved, both subject to shareholder vote.
