    AVT Natural's board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results: Revenue hit Rs 713.23 Cr, Net Profit Rs 64.81 Cr. It declared a final dividend of Re 0.45/share (45%), bringing total FY26 dividend to Re 0.80/share (80%). Mr. K Nandakumar was appointed CEO.
