All e Technologies approved strong FY26 consolidated results: Revenue at ₹137.87 Cr, PAT at ₹21.77 Cr. A dividend of ₹1.5/share is proposed. Board also strategically opened up ₹33.78 Cr of IPO funds, previously for other uses, for future acquisitions. Dr. Suman Mian's re-appointment goes to shareholders.
