CapitalNumbers Infotech's board has authorized the acquisition of 100% ownership in Epitome Cloud Inc., a US-based digital transformation and Salesforce consulting firm, and its Indian subsidiary. The cash consideration for this strategic acquisition is approximately INR 40 crore. This move aims to strengthen CapitalNumbers' digital transformation capabilities, expand its presence in the US market, and boost cross-selling opportunities. Epitome Cloud's standalone turnover was 3,281,880 USD in CY 2023, 4,116,898 USD in CY 2024, and 2,867,087 USD in CY 2025. The transaction is expected to complete in 8 to 12 weeks, enhancing the company's international growth platform.
