    CPS Shapers' Board approved financial results for the half-year and financial year ended March 31, 2026: Revenue ₹31.25 Cr, Profit ₹0.13 Cr. M/s Prem Chand Jain & Associates were appointed Internal Auditor. Changes to allottees for the proposed 31,275 equity share preferential issue were also approved.
