Avanti Feeds' Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 10 per equity share for FY26. This payout is contingent on shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on August 14. In leadership changes, Dr. A. Indra Kumar was re-appointed as CMD and Sri C. Ramachandra Rao as JMD & CS, both for 5-year terms. Further, Mr. Rao relinquished his CFO duties, with Mrs. B. Santhi Latha elevated to the CFO role as part of a strategic succession plan.
