C P S Shapers Limited — Important, 28-05-2026: Updates

CPS Shapers fully utilized its two preferential issues (Rs. 5.00 Cr, Rs. 5.02 Cr). From its IPO proceeds of Rs. 11.10 Cr, Rs. 10.66 Cr were deployed for planned objectives by March 31. The remaining Rs. 0.44 Cr for commercial vehicles, solar power, and IT upgrades will be utilized as per the original plan.
