Cello World delivered solid financial results for Q4 and FY26, navigating softer demand in some consumerware segments. FY26 revenue grew 9% YoY to Rs. 2,324 Cr, with EBITDA at Rs. 526 Cr and PAT at Rs. 332 Cr. Q4 saw its highest-ever quarterly revenue of Rs. 654 Cr, up 11% YoY, with EBITDA of Rs. 137 Cr and PAT at Rs. 90 Cr. Growth was primarily fueled by the Writing Instruments segment (including the Cello stationery brand), revived exports, and new premium product launches. Hydration performance was slower, while Glassware and Opalware remained steady.

Strategically, Cello World is expanding manufacturing capabilities, including a new Rajasthan glassware facility and steelware production. Key focus areas also include strengthening distribution networks and product innovation. Recent developments highlight the integration of Wimplast and the Cello stationery brand. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share for FY26, pending shareholder approval. Management anticipates these strategic moves will significantly boost FY27 performance. EPS for FY26 was Rs. 14.70 (vs. Rs. 16.16 in FY25), with the company maintaining a debt-free balance sheet.
