    Avanti Feeds' board has approved financial results and a Rs 10 final dividend. Dr. A. Indra Kumar and Sri C. Ramachandra Rao were re-appointed for 5-year terms. Mrs. B. Santhi Latha is the new CFO. An impairment loss of Rs 12.97 Cr was recorded on an associate investment.
