DYNPRO's Board approved consolidated results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2026. Net Profit hit ₹6.08 Cr for the quarter and ₹19.95 Cr for the year. The Board also proposed a final dividend of ₹1.50 per share (15%) for FY25-26, awaiting shareholder consent.
