SILGO RETAIL's Board approved consolidated FY26 financial results: Revenue ₹47.03 Cr, Profit ₹5.70 Cr. The company also completed a rights issue of 73.81 lakh partly paid shares at ₹60 each, aggregating ₹44.29 Cr, with ₹22.14 Cr already received.
