Asian Paints' board approved Q4 FY26 consolidated net profit up 69.3% to ₹1,172.1 Cr on ₹9,228 Cr sales (+10.8%). FY26 consolidated net profit rose 17.9% to ₹4,325.4 Cr on ₹35,516 Cr sales (+5.1%). A final dividend of ₹23/share was proposed, making the total annual dividend ₹27.50/share.
