Ipca Labs' board met, approving Q4 consolidated revenue of ₹2,388 Cr & profit of ₹299 Cr. FY26 saw ₹9,646 Cr revenue, ₹1,141 Cr profit. A ₹6/share dividend was proposed. Prashant Godha was re-appointed as Executive Director for 5 years.
