NATCO Pharma reported Q4FY26 consolidated revenue of INR 816.9 Cr, lower than Q4FY25's INR 1,287.3 Cr. EBITDA was INR 205.4 Cr (25.1% margin), and PAT reached INR 269 Cr (36.4% margin), significantly aided by a one-time INR 115 Cr tax benefit. For FY26, total revenue was INR 4,375.9 Cr, down from FY25's INR 4,784 Cr. FY26 EBITDA stood at INR 1,734.1 Cr (39.6% margin), with PAT at INR 1,418.5 Cr (32.4% margin).
Strategically, the company launched Semaglutide Multi Dose Vials in India and Pomalidomide Capsules in the U.S. during Q4. FY26 also saw the launch of Risdiplam, Everolimus, and Bosentan, plus a 35.75% stake acquisition in Adcock Ingram Holdings, South Africa. NATCO continues to focus on its robust Para IV pipeline and significant investments in NCE and Cell & Gene Therapy, including xenotransplantation and CAR-T cell therapies, underscoring its long-term growth and innovation strategy.
