Glenmark Pharma's board announced leadership changes. Mr. Harish Kuber retired as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Ms. Rashmi Khandelwal is appointed the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective May 30. Mr. Samir Kazi is also appointed as Senior Management Personnel.
