Twamev Construction reported a significant financial downturn for FY26. Consolidated revenue fell 20.51% YoY to ₹67.45 Cr, driven by lower operational income and the absence of substantial arbitration award income from the previous year. Net profit plummeted 86.33% YoY to ₹7.65 Cr, with basic EPS at ₹0.50. Profitability was severely impacted by the lack of prior year's one-off gains. Operational expenses also reduced, but not enough to offset the steep decline in revenue. Underlying challenges include an abandoned subsidiary project with pending large arbitration claims worth ₹986 Cr and the parent company awaiting NPA status upgrade for a ₹21 Cr resolution plan. The results reflect weak financial momentum with significant ongoing uncertainties.
