JM Financial proposed a ₹1.75/share final dividend for FY26. Consolidated Net Profit rose to ₹1,176.88 Cr, from ₹772 Cr, with EPS at ₹12.57. The company invested ~₹33.70 Cr for overseas expansion and received a ₹223.32 Cr tax refund.
