Sandesh Ltd board approved Q4 FY26 consolidated loss of ₹34.54 Cr, with a full-year profit of ₹65.84 Cr. A ₹5/share dividend was proposed. The board also re-appointed Falgunbhai Patel as Chairman & MD for five years.
