Lumax Auto Tech reported strong Q4 & full-year results: Consolidated revenue hit ₹4870 Cr, profit ₹337 Cr. A ₹5.50/share dividend was declared. The company will fully acquire Lumax FAE for ₹1.92 Cr, invest ₹3 Cr in Lumax Yokowo, and offer a ₹36 Cr guarantee to Lumax Alps Alpine.
