Zee Media Corporation Limited — Board Meeting, 29-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Zee Media's board approved Q4 consolidated revenue of ₹157.78 Cr with a ₹26.53 Cr loss, but an FY26 profit of ₹1.90 Cr. New ₹119 Cr convertible warrants were approved, and ₹50 Cr from cancelled FPI warrants was forfeited. Cost and internal auditors were also appointed.
