Concord Biotech's board approved FY26 audited consolidated financial results, posting a profit after tax of Rs 259.23 Cr. A dividend of Rs 7.55/share was proposed (subject to approval). New Internal, Cost Auditors, and an Independent Director were appointed. Celliimune Biotech was also acquired.
