Manaksia's board approved audited Q4 and full year financial results with unmodified opinions. Mr. Suresh Kumar Agrawal was re-appointed as MD for three years from November 23, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Demerger scheme for Metal Products business received regulatory approvals; NCLT approval is now awaited.
