MSTC's Board approved consolidated Q4 & FY26 results: Net profit for the year hit ₹218.43 Cr, with Q4 at ₹77.22 Cr. A final dividend of ₹8.10/share was proposed. Board also greenlit exploring the travel & tourism business via web platforms.
