Max Healthcare reported solid Q4/FY26 results: Q4 revenue was up 10% YoY to INR 2,664 Cr, with FY26 PAT increasing 22% to INR 1,631 Cr. Occupancy remained above 75%.
The company added over 20% brownfield capacity and anticipates a 500-bed Gurgaon facility by year-end. Key expansions include acquiring Kalinga Hospital (250 beds, profitable) and approving a INR 1,400 Cr 700-bed Lucknow greenfield.
Oncology revenue saw an annual INR 200 Cr top-line impact from discontinuing high-value chemo drugs due to CGHS policy, partly offset by other rate revisions. Management is focused on scaling new capacities and leveraging other specialties for continued growth.
