Manaksia's Board approved consolidated financial results for FY26: Profit before tax ₹70.64 Cr, Total Comprehensive Income ₹151.10 Cr. The Board also re-appointed Mr. S.K. Agrawal as MD for 3 years (shareholder approval pending) and Agrawal Tondon & Co as Internal Auditor.
